IMPROVED ATHLETIC PERFORMANCE.
A double-blind, placebo-controlled, crossover study of 11 elite cyclists who took 250 mg of quercetin twice daily for 42 days. The study's results demonstrated:

INCREASED MENTAL FUNCTION.
A randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled, crossover study of 33 university employees - non-athletes, working class, skilled trade professionals, ages 29-63 years - who took 500 mg of quercetin per day for 24 days. The study reported:

IMMUNE SYSTEM SUPPORT.
A randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled clinical study of forty test subjects. Subjects were subjected to extreme physical stress during a five-week period. Half were given 1,000 mg of quercetin daily and half were given a placebo. While markers of immunity did not differ significantly between the quercetin and placebo groups, the quercetin group exhibited overall better health than the placebo group.
