Spreading meals throughout the day and staying well hydrated can help prevent big swings in blood sugar and insulin levels that cause fatigue and lack of concentration. Not only is the timing important, but so is the quality of the food you consume. Unlike energy drinks that rely on chemicals, sugar and large doses of caffeine to create energy spikes, FRS delivers sustained energy with the patented FRS® Healthy Energy® formula that contains seven essential vitamins plus powerful antioxidants, including quercetin. This natural antioxidant works with our bodies to enhance the production of mitochondria, the energy-producing units in our cells. Until now, exercise has been the only practical way to increase the amount of mitochondria in cells.

1) The early-bird needs energy: Wake up your body and mind by including one serving of FRS with breakfast—mix one FRS Powder into a fruit and vegetable smoothie.

2) Power up pre-workout: 30-60 minutes before working out, eat two FRS Soft Chews. If you’re planning an intense session, try a FRS Healthy Protein® Drink for muscle recovery that starts while you’re still working out.

3) Engage your secret weapon: Add a boost during activity with a serving of FRS and a little extra water for optimal fluid/sugar absorption. Add an FRS Drink to your water bottle, plus 6oz water. Or 2oz FRS Concentrate mixed with 16-24oz water.

4) Add carbs for the long haul: If you’re exercising for more than an hour, choose an FRS product higher in carbohydrates such as a regular-calorie (not low-cal) FRS Concentrate or FRS Drink to keep your blood sugar normal and fuel your muscles.

Everyday stress can produce excess free radicals that damage cells. The patented FRS® Healthy Energy® formula contains seven essential vitamins and powerful antioxidants like quercetin and green tea extract that help combat these free radicals. In fact, quercetin, the core ingredient in FRS, has been proven to support the immune system and improve mental function. And, FRS has low calorie, gluten-free, dairy free and vegetarian options as well as various product forms to meet your lifestyle needs.

1) Start your day right: Enjoy the benefits of quercetin, green tea and seven essential vitamins in one serving of FRS (2 Soft Chews), along with multivitamin and fish oil supplements every morning.

2) Bring a healthy lunch buddy: Keep a FRS Healthy Protein® or FRS Drink at hand for times that noontime meetings or lunch on the run could derail your good intentions. For dessert, enjoy homemade trail mix: Dried tart cherries, dark chocolate chips, Kashi GO Lean Crisp/granola, pumpkin seeds and salted almonds.

3) Fend off mid-afternoon munchies and increase mental function:

  • At your desk, snack on Greek yogurt and a can of FRS Drinks.
  • Grab and go with a handful of trail mix (recipe above), two FRS Soft Chews and 16oz water.
  • At home, mix 2oz of FRS Concentrate into a fruit and vegetable smoothie. Add a scoop of your favorite whey protein.

4) Do your diet good: FRS low-cal options deliver all the benefits of the patented FRS formula and support weight management goals. The FRS Healthy Protein contains 20 grams of quality whey, which improves body composition by helping you feel full and supports muscle metabolism from exercise.
