    At first I thought there was something wrong with it because it was so thick. Then I realized I'd bought the protein!!! FRS. The orange cream is unbelievably delicious. I do water it down...yummy.

    Where I train,d1, we get these for free and the blackberry Is my favorite! It helps fill me up so I don't over eat after a training session and has tons of vitamins. I would definantly recommend it!
