    I've been using FRS powder for several years -- long before you could by it in nutrition or convenience stores. I think it's the best product out there for providing sustained energy without the negative side effects and exhaustion that often comes later. I'm convinced it helps out the immunse system, as I've had fewer colds since I began regularly using this product. I love the powder because I can easily mix it in a bottle of water and take it with me anywhere.

    I love the healthy, natural way these products pick you up...but....I have used the other end of relatively unhealthy supplements that don't have the cost associated with them that these do. I prefer these types of products to most but bring your wallet if you want to make a regular habit of using FRS.
