Founder and Director of P3
A graduate of Harvard Medical School, Dr. Marcus Elliott used his expertise in nutrition and exercise physiology to open Peak Performance Project (P3): a high-performance training center in Santa Barbara, CA that helps athletes reach their full potential while reducing the chance of injury. Marcus now works with pro athletes in sports as wide-ranging as football, cycling, baseball and volleyball to help determine the specific physiological, nutritional and biomechanical characteristics required to succeed in their given sport.
Marcus was introduced to the FRS formula in 2003 and was instrumental in developing the protocol for the initial sports performance study of FRS. He is an FRS scientific advisor and recommends FRS to all athletes training at P3.
