As Chief Executive Officer, Carl Sweat brings significant beverage industry experience to The FRS Company. Prior to joining FRS, Carl served as Senior Vice President at Starbucks, overseeing the Global Beverage unit. Previously, Carl spent 22 years at Coca-Cola, North America, most recently as the President and General Manager of FUZE Beverage LLC, where he grew the value of the enterprise and significantly increased profitability. During his tenure with the company, Carl held various general management and brand marketing positions, helping to launch Coke Zero and overseeing brand management and marketing for brands such as Coca-Cola Classic and Sprite. Carl holds a Masters in Brand Management and a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in marketing from The University of Georgia. |  | Maigread Eichten
Maigread Eichten brings extensive beverage industry expertise to The FRS Company. Prior to joining The FRS Company, Maigread served as the Chief Marketing Officer for the Communication Services division of VeriSign. She also served as General Manager of the global Digital Brand Management business unit at VeriSign, where she grew the unit into a multimillion dollar business and double digit profitability. Key customers included Walmart, Coca-Cola and Microsoft. Earlier, Ms. Eichten held executive positions at the Pepsi-Cola Company, including Vice President of Sales, Pepsi East Division, Vice President, Pepsi New Business and a variety of Pepsi marketing assignments during an 11-year period. Maigread holds an MBA from the University of California, Los Angeles, and earned her BA in Political Science from University of California, Santa Barbara. |  | Dave Henderson - Chief Financial Officer
Before joining the FRS team, Dave Henderson was with Genentech, Inc. where he led finance for the $10 billion dollar Commercial organization and the G&A functions. In his five-year tenure at Genentech, he successfully supported the launch of six brands over a three-year period, and saw sales grow 400%. He was an officer (Controller) of Genentech USA, and also the CFO of two non-profit foundations focused on health science education and research in the Greater Bay Area. Prior to Genentech, Dave spent two years at Commerce One as Vice President of Finance and several years at Oracle in finance and general management roles. He was President at Hotpaper.com and CFO at TNC Group, both early stage, venture-backed companies, and began his career as a financial analyst at Morgan Stanley in M&A before moving into venture capital. Dave received his undergraduate degree from the University of California, Berkeley and his MBA from Kellogg. |  | Richard Libonate - General Manager Retail Sales
Richard Libonate has over 26 years of consumer packaged goods experience, with an extensive beverage background in both domestic and foreign markets. His previous positions include Vice President of Convenience Sales for Cadbury Adams USA, Vice President of Retail Sales and International Sales at the Snapple Beverage Group, Vice President of National Accounts at Mistic Beverages and Director of National Accounts at The Stroh Brewery Company. Early in his career, he also spent three years developing key accounts with Coca-Cola in New York. Rich currently serves as a member of the Board of Directors of the National Association of Convenience Stores (NACS) and has been an active member of the association for over 20 years. |  | Dan Obegi - Vice President and General Manager
Prior to joining FRS, Dan Obegi served as General Manager of the Adknowledge Web Network. Before that, he was Vice President of Marketing for the Product Marketing division of Intermix Media/Fox Interactive Media, where he more than doubled the size of the e-commerce business each year. He has held various media department and business development positions at LowerMyBills.com and Lot21. Dan has experience in both brand and direct-response, interactive advertising on both the agency and client sides. He holds a BA in Western Philosophy from the University of California, Santa Cruz. |  | Simon Goode - Vice President, Marketing
Simon Goode was one of the founding members of The FRS Company (then New Sun Nutrition) management team in 2004 and has the spent the last six years developing the FRS brand from start up into the high-growth company it has become. He has 19 years of experience in food and beverage marketing in both large company and entrepreneurial assignments. He spent eight years with Nestlé in various positions including Marketing Director of Nestlé USA’s Chocolate & Confection Division. He then joined The Balance Bar Company, where he was responsible for the launch of the highly successful Balance® Gold line. After Balance Bar was sold to Kraft, Simon founded and was CEO of allGoode Organics, a company focused on the development, marketing and sales of organic foods and beverages. Simon holds an MBA from the Anderson School at the University of California, Los Angeles, and earned his BS in Economics from the London School of Economics. |  | Donald Antenore - Vice President, Operations
Donald Antenore has many years of experience in the beverage industry, most recently as Vice President of Packaging Operations for Foster's Wine Estates. While there, he was responsible for internal and external bottling operations, secondary production and mobile bottling operations as well as procurement, logistics/warehousing and transportation. Don also worked at Tropicana for over seven years, holding a variety of senior operational and manufacturing roles. Before his time at Tropicana, he spent five years at Kraft Foods as a plant manager. Antenore earned his BS degree in Chemistry and Biology from Illinois State University. |
