James R. Quandt

James Quandt is a nationally recognized business leader with over three decades of senior management experience with major corporations, including President of Standard and Poors Corporation, Chairman of Bridge Financial Information and President of Security Pacific Brokerage, Inc. As a Founder and Principal of Thomas James Capital Incorporated, Quandt has additionally served on a number of public and private boards, including Intermix Media/MySpace, Blue Label Interactive and Digital Orchid Incorporated.

Jim is the Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Saint Mary's College of California and is the President of the Pacific Club of Newport Beach. He is a graduate of Saint Mary's College.

Fred Harman

Fred Harman is a Managing Partner at Oak Investment Partners, where he has been since 1994. His primary investment focus is on Consumer Internet and Internet New Media companies. Prior to Oak, Mr. Harman worked with Morgan Stanley's Venture Capital Group, where he was a General Partner. In addition, he worked in Business Development at Hughes Communications before his work at Morgan Stanley.

Fred received an MBA from the Harvard Graduate School of Business and a BS and MS in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University, where he was a Hughes Fellow. He is also a co-owner of the Golden State Warriors and a trustee of Sacred Heart Schools.

Thomas Lines

Mr. Lines founded The FRS Company after creating and patenting the FRS formula. He has created several other successful brands in the global beverage industry. Mr. Lines is a prolific inventor who has authored multiple Supplement and Pharmaceutical Patents and as well as an array of Trademarks. He founded Quercegen Pharmaceuticals and manages their collaborations with large multinational pharmaceutical firms such as Merck, Novartis, and GSK as well as the United States Department of Defense, including DARPA and NASA.

Mr. Lines is a pioneer in Quercetin research and has authored a number of collaborative publications on the science Quercetin. He recently presided over the successful GRAS Notification to the FDA for QU995, the World’s Purest Quercetin, which is used in all FRS products. Mr. Lines is also currently collaborating with UNITAID in order to reduce costs of Malaria Medication and with a large multi-national partner on an experimental agricultural program to improve sustainable crop growth for poor countries.

Richard Rosenblatt

Richard Rosenblatt is an Internet pioneer and veteran who has built, operated and sold over $1.3 billion of Internet media companies. As Co-founder, Chairman and CEO of Demand Media, Richard continues his new media focus with Demand's unique technology and content platform, which fuses organic traffic, user publishing, social networking and monetization.

Prior to Demand Media, Rosenblatt served as CEO of Intermix Media, Inc. and Chairman of Myspace.com where, in less than two years, he increased the market cap of the publicly traded company nearly tenfold. Intermix was acquired by News Corporation in October, 2005. Rosenblatt also co-founded iMALL in 1994, which was sold to Excite@Home in 1999.

Peter Sealey, Ph.D.

Dr. Peter Sealey spent the majority of his career at The Coca-Cola Company, where he held the position of Chief Marketing Officer as well as other senior marketing positions. He was also Chief Marketing Officer at Columbia Pictures. Currently, Peter is the founder of The Sausalito Group, which provides management consulting services for various Fortune 50 companies. He also sits on several boards.

Dr. Sealey co-founded the Marketing and Technology Center at Berkeley's Haas School of Business. In addition, he has served as an adjunct Professor of Marketing at the Haas School of Business and the Drucker School at Claremont University and lectures on marketing and technology issues to organizations throughout the world.

Brian Swette

Brian Swette has served on the board of Burger King since 2003 and became Non-Executive Chairman in 2006. Formerly the Chief Operating Officer of eBay. Brian oversaw its international expansion, marketing and customer support. Prior to joining eBay, Swette was Executive Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer for Pepsi-Cola Co.

Mr. Swette is a graduate of Arizona State University with a BS in economics. He is a board member of theladders.com, Jamba Juice and endeavor.org, and is a trustee of the Pinecrest Preparatory School.
