  • I just built a garden box and am filling it with topsoil. As I was peddling my wheelbarrow hundred yards at a time to fill it, I remembered my FRS  in the fridge.   • I have been an FRS customer since 2006, when I tried it at the Superfrog Tri at Coronado. I am now 59 and maintain an active workout schedule, mostly endurance running but also heavy calisthenics (old school pull-ups, etc). I work in international business so my days begin on European time and often keep going until the folks on the West Coast are done for the day.

    FRS is part of my healthy fueling each day, along with lots of whole grains, fruits and vegetables, and lean meats. I also keep the chews handy during long runs and marathons.

  • Just want you all to know your energy drink in the cans has done wonders for my husband. He has mild mitochondria myopathy, which depletes the energy in his cells (does not convert ATP properly) and causes muscle weakness, primarily in his legs. He drinks the energy drink in the cans each morning and before a swim each day and he's really noticed a difference in his energy. Thank you very much!

  • FRS Healthy Energy chews have been more effective for me than coffee. Mom all day, clinical, orthopedic & sports massage therapist by night, I used to drink 4 to 5 cups of coffee a day. I find the chews provide a longer, sustained energy. I have stopped bringing coffee to the practice and left a bag of FRS in the staff room instead. I have two boys that play football and they also seem to benefit more from FRS than they do from the Gatorade energy supplements. Love your product.

  • I've found a product that works and has no side effects thanks to FRS Healthy Energy drinks! The ultimate test was this past week working for a major bass fishing tour event in Detroit with 0400 wake-up calls all week long. I had my usual coffee and breakfast on the way to the boat ramp and everything was ok. This week I included the FRS drinks in my routine while launching my boat and before making the 40+ mile (one-way) runs - what a difference! My mind was clearer, I felt more focused, I had more energy, and to an extent, more stamina to make the drive which, in a bass boat on the Great Lakes, is not an easy feat.

    To make it better, I did not have a "crash" like the other half dozen other products I've tried. And needless to say they never provided nearly the same benefits as FRS Healthy Energy drinks.

  • After suffering a bad concussion, I was laid up in bed for weeks and lost all my physical energy. Once I was on my feet again I tried several over-the-counter health supplements to try to regain some of my energy t, and after spending hundreds of dollars, nothing worked. Finally, I stumbled onto FRS one day and gave it a try. The effect it had on my energy level and general feeling of well-being during my recovery was singular.   • You have a great thing going with FRS. I love the Healthy Energy Peach Mango. I am a double amputee and I am training to kayak the Mississippi River next summer. I work hard and train hard (at 6 am everyday), I drink FRS to keep me going all day. The total trip next summer will be about 2,400 miles and I plan on doing it in 3 days.   • I am a 21 year old Division 1 Men's Volleyball player and a 10 year cancer survivor. I go to school at Sacred Heart University in Fairfield, CT and I am the captain of the volleyball team. My days are filled with vigorous practices and workouts starting at 6am every morning followed by a full day of classes and homework. As I plunged into my freshmen year in college, I was unaware of the beating my body and already permanently damaged immune system would take from lack of sleep or rest of any kind. Just as I thought it may have all been too much for me, I discovered FRS. Drinking one (sometimes two) FRS cans a day has kept me going on the right path.   • I am annual competitor in the world wide Firefighter Combat Challenge. This is a sport that puts firefighter health and fitness to the absolute test. It is known to be the toughest two minutes in sports. After introducing FRS into my daily routine I discovered that this is the fuel that I need on my side at all times.

    FRS has my back during the physical events that I participate in, like the Combat Challenge, the 10k fundraiser and many more. Due to the protective gear alone, up to 50 lbs is added to my weight at any given time. My work load is decreased by 25%. My body is easily generating 300-500 watts, and 98% of my released sweat is unable to escape. All of this is just a few of the many conditions that firefighters have to endure. This is why we need FRS on our side.

  • I wanted to share my FRS story. I used to drink at least 3 energy drinks every day. My blood pressure was all over the map and my weight was higher than it should be for someone running 50+ miles a week. I realized I was taking in almost 400 calories a drink plus all the high fructose corn syrup. I got a couple of cans of FRS from the FRS street crew at a race and I was hooked. I noticed that a can of low calorie FRS was only 20 calories and no HFCS!. I signed up for the VIP program and ended up losing more than 20 lbs during my training and my blood pressure was back to normal. FRS helped me finish my first Miwok 100k last year, Thank you FRS!

  • I have been using the new Healthy Slim and absolutely love it. I’ve lost nearly 6 pounds in 3 weeks just by adding one bottle a day as a late afternoon snack. It really does help with the energy and keeps my hunger down to where I'm not tempted to snack. FRS became an option to my family because I have a 16 year old daughter who rows. She never believed in energy drinks because they were always loaded with the wrong ingredients and appeared to not be a healthy and smart choice. FRS has worked for her.

  • FRS is the best! I use the soft chews and hard-shell chews. I've been active all my life and this is by far the best supplement I've found. I'm most impressed by the healthy ingredients and lack of all the "quick energy" crap found in so many products today. I use them for mauy thai kickboxing training, soccer, working out, or whenever I feel a little beat down. Also, I recently had an issue that I contacted their customer service about. Without going into detail, the service was outstanding and I thought I should pass along the good Karma! Thanks FRS, keep up the good work!

  • I am so glad that there is a protein drink that is right on. It is so hard to find a good protein drink---something without the artificial junk...AND even harder to find one that, in addtition, does not have too much sugar. We need some sugar, but not lots, and I love the ratio of protein to carbs in your drink AND the fact that it is all natural…… Hopefully, the demand for healthy drinks will rise.  Well, thank you so much.   • If you've never tried FRS before, please take this advice from a 44 year old skeptic who never believed in anything but caffeine for energy - this stuff does EVERYTHING it says and more! I am a competitive runner who trains 6 days a week, and I started taking FRS about 3 weeks ago. The benefits I have experienced to this point: lots of energy with no crashing, feeling much healthier and cleaner, sleeping better at night, bests achieved in weight lifting and running. I have been telling all of my friends to give FRS a try. Thanks you SO MUCH for helping this older athlete to feel the best he has in such a long time. Oh, and by the way, my wife says I'm not grumpy anymore since the caffeine crashes aren't happening anymore! :-)

  • I just wanted to reach out quickly and say how much I love FRS. I have been ordering for about three years now and I love everything from the chews, to powder, to the energy drinks. Three years ago I had just moved to Connecticut to work for ESPN when I started using FRS. I was working out twice a day and coaching Div III basketball alongside of my job. As you can imagine for those long days and to be at the top of my game FRS gave me an energy you wouldn't believe. It also I believe increased my mood. I am a former Div I Point Guard from Drexel University and played one year overseas in Romania before coming to ESPN.

    A year into my career at ESPN I was diagnosed with Thyroid Cancer. Being so healthy I had played all through college and lived with the disease for over 5 years. After invasive surgery to remove my Thyroid and a mass amount of lymph nodes in my neck it had been months since I had any physical activity or used my FRS. Three months after my first radiation treatment, I joined the New England Nightmare, the Women's Professional Football Team in Connecticut (Part of the Women's Football Alliance- WFA) to get back in shape and begin working out again. When I started working out again I was weak and had never felt that out of shape. Continuing radiation treatment throughout the year and season took a lot of energy out of me. However, after the first three months of training with the Nightmare, I decided to join the official roster and was named the starting Quarterback. I played the entire season using FRS before practice and games and throughout the days to keep my energy level up. This truly it has helped my performance.

    This year I decided to stop playing football but have been running in 5K runs all summer and attending daily Bootcamp classes with a personal trainer to stay fit and keep achieving better fitness goals, even at 26 years old. I love working out and being an athlete and with a full time job we don't always have the energy to do both. Thanks to FRS energy, I feel great before and after my workouts and feel like I have en extra boost to go the extra mile. I have encouraged family and friends throughout using FRS to at least try the free sample package to get a taste of what they are missing and what keeps me going. Thank you for this product and I hope to see this in more stores and used by more athletes. If you ever decide to endorse non-professional athletes and everyday people to encourage the growth of the product beyond athletes (and cancer survivors/patients) please look me up. I appreciate all the research that has been done to make such a wonderful all around product. Thank you!

  • I was exhausted from my rigorous swim practice. My kind of exhaustion means late night work, homework, early morning gym (weight) session, midday swim practice, class, then homework/studying on repeat 6 days a week.  I needed a pick-me-up sort of drink before class. I didn't want coffee, nor did I want one of those energy drinks full of caffeine and sugar. I wished so bad for a magical drink that was good for me and would revive me.

    There it was, FRS in the cafeteria fridge, I didn't know what it was, but I was desperate, and I took a chance. I didn't expect it to taste amazing, but it was everything that I need and more. After reading the claims on the bottle, I decided to use it for training.  I swam my best personal times mid season, by the end of the season my whole team was on the FRS plan. FRS helped me break barriers. Results were amazing, swam times at the end of the season that I would never have dreamed of.

    • (b) Accounts and Passwords. Following registration, we will create an account for you and assign you, or allow you to select, a password. You must keep your password confidential. While we endeavor to meet such time scales or dates, we do not undertake to ship Products and/or commence Services by a particular date or dates and shall not be liable to you in respect of delays or failure to do so.

    • (b) Delivery shall be to a valid address submitted by you and subject to Acceptance (“Delivery Address”). You must check the Delivery Address on any acknowledgement or acceptance we provide and notify us without delay of errors or omissions. We reserve the right to charge you for any extra costs arising from changes you make to the Delivery Address after you submit an order

    • (c) If you refuse or fail to take delivery of Products provided in accordance with these Terms, any risk of loss or damage to the Products shall nonetheless pass and without prejudice to any other rights or remedies we have:

    • (i) We shall be entitled to immediate payment in full for the Products or Services delivered and either to effect delivery by whatever means we consider appropriate or to store Products at your risk;

    • (ii) You shall be liable pay on demand all costs of Product storage and any additional costs incurred as a result of such refusal or failure to take delivery; and

    • (iii) We shall be entitled 30 days after the agreed date for delivery to dispose of Products in such manner as we determine and may set off any proceeds of sale against any sums due from you.

    • (d) Except to the extent required as a result of any mandatory rights you have as a consumer under applicable law, you shall not be entitled to reject the Products in whole or in part by reason of short delivery and shall pay in full notwithstanding short delivery unless you notify us in writing of any claim within 7 days of the date of delivery, whereupon you shall pay for the quantity actually delivered.

    • (e) Where we deliver Products by installments, each installment constitutes a separate contract and any defect in any one or more installments shall not entitle you to repudiate the contract as a whole nor to cancel any subsequent installment.

    • (f) Save as otherwise provided in these Terms, risk of loss of or damage to the Products passes to you on delivery or when placed in your possession or that of any carrier or transport provided by you, whichever shall occur first.

  • 9. Money Back Guarantee and Return Policy

    • (a) If you are not satisfied with your Product for any reason, we offer a 30 day limited money back guarantee on purchased Product. If you are within the 30 day time period from the date of shipment shown on the packing list that was included with your order, you can call Customer Service at 877-377-4968 and get a return authorization (RMA) number. You can then ship back the unused portion of the Product (at your cost). You must clearly put the RMA number on your package as explained below. Any returns sent without a valid RMA number will not be accepted. Upon receipt of your package, we will refund your credit card for the Product purchase minus our shipping and handling costs. However, in the case of defective Products or Products that did not conform to your order, we will cover your return shipping costs and will also provide a full refund without deducting our shipping and handling costs, subject to paragraphs 9(d) and 9(e) below.

    • (b) We do not accept or issue refunds for packages marked “Return to Sender” or “Refused” or if a refund is requested after the 30 day guarantee period.

    • (c) Once you have your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number from Customer Service, you must do the following to obtain your refund:

    • (i) Write Your RMA number on the packing list that accompanied your shipment, along with a reason for the return.

    • (ii) Send us the unused Product, along with the packing list.

    • (iii) Write your RMA Number on the outside of the box.

    • (iv) Mail the box to the address shown on the packing list above where it says: “Ship From.”

    • You must return the Product within 30 days of receiving your RMA Number. We recommend that you ship the Product using a mail service that can track and confirm delivery. Please allow up to four weeks to process a refund.

    • (d) Your rights of return or replacement of any Products or any part or parts thereof which are found to be defective will (except where agreed otherwise) be negated or rendered void where:

    • (i) the Products have been altered by persons other than the manufacturer, us or any authorized dealer; and/or

    • (ii) defective Product or Products have not been returned together with full details in writing of the alleged defects within 30 days from the date on which such Products were delivered; and/or

    • (iii) the defects are due (wholly or partially) to mistreatment, improper use, storage, maintenance or installation, or failure to observe any manufacturers’ instructions or other directions on the label or otherwise issued or made available by us in connection with the delivered Products.

    • (e) Except as set out above in this paragraph 9, and subject to any rights you have under applicable law that cannot be excluded or limited by these Terms:

    • (i) We shall not be liable and you shall not be entitled to reject Products or Services, except for: (a) damage to or loss of Products or any part thereof in transit (where the Products are carried by our own transport or by a carrier on our behalf) where notified to us within 5 business days of receipt of the Products; (b) defects in Products (not being defects caused by any act, neglect or default on your part) notified in writing to us within 30 days of receipt of the Products; and (c) defective performance of Services (not being defects caused by any act, neglect or default on your part) where notified in writing to us within 30 days of receipt of the Products.

    • (ii) We shall not be liable for any damage or losses arising from the use of the Products in connection with other defective or unsuitable Products; your negligence; improper use; or use in any manner inconsistent with the specifications or instructions on the label or otherwise provided by us or the manufacturer.

    • (iii) Where there is a shortage or failure to deliver, or any defect in or damage to a Product or Service, we may at our option: (a) (in the case of Product shortage or non-delivery) make good any such shortage or non-delivery; and/or (b) in the case of failure to perform or defective performance of a Service, make good such failure or defective performance; and/or (c) in the case of damage or any defect(s) in the Product and in accordance with any applicable Returns Policy: (i) replace the Product upon you returning the Product; or (ii) refund the price paid in respect of any Products found to be damaged or defective.

  • 10. Shipping Limitations. When you place an order for Products, we will ship the Products to the address designated by you. The FRS Company is the sole owner of the information collected on The FRS Company’s websites. The FRS Company collects personal information from our users at several different points on our Web Site.  The categories of information we collect are the following:

For example, if you purchase a product from the Web Site, we will collect any information that you provide to us in any such transaction. ORDERS

REFERRALS

If you choose to use our referral service to tell a friend about our site, we will ask you for your friend’s name and email address. We will automatically send your friend a one-time email inviting him or her to visit the site. The FRS Company stores this information for the sole purpose of sending this one-time email and tracking the success of our referral program.
Your friend may follow the instructions in the one-time email to opt out of future communications and be removed from our database.

Our Site includes links to other Web sites whose privacy practices may differ from those of The FRS Company. Program Information

1) What is FRS Autoship?

FRS Autoship is a convenient way for you to get the products you want delivered to you on a regular schedule. You always have complete control over your deliveries and will receive pre-shipment emails before orders are placed. There is never an obligation to continue. You can change your delivery frequency and quantity in the My Autoship section of our site. You can also cancel any FRS Autoship orders if you no longer wish to receive them. Changes to orders can be made anytime within 24 hours of the scheduled order shipment date.

2) How do I sign up for FRS Autoship?

Signing up for FRS Autoship is easy. Simply select the FRS Autoship option and the frequency you want to have products delivered. Then check out as you normally would. You receive a separate email showing any FRS Autoship products and their delivery schedules.

3) How do I change an order date?

You can easily change when your next order is sent if you need it sooner or later. Simply go to My Autoship. You will see your next scheduled order on the My Next Order tab. Click the "Change" link near the next order date and select the new date for your order.

4) How do I combine items to be in the same order?

FRS Autoship items that have the same order date and shipping address will ship as one order.
If you have more than one FRS Autoship item and want them to ship in the same order, simply go to the My Subscriptions tab in My Autoship and change the next order dates to be the same.

5) Can I change when I get pre-shipment notification emails?

You can change when you get pre-shipment notification emails for FRS Autoship orders. The standard setting for pre-shipment emails is 10 days before an order is placed. To change this simply go to the My Subscriptions tab in My Autoship and click the "More changes" link under the next order date for any item. You will see the settings for your pre-shipment email and a "Change" link. Click the link to make changes. You can set your pre-shipment email to be between 1 day and 30 days prior to the order being placed.
Each FRS Autoship item has a separate pre-shipment email, so if you need to change the pre-shipment email date for multiple items then you will need to change it for each item.

6) How do I change the email address for pre-shipment emails?

You can change the email address for pre-shipment emails by calling 1.877.377.4968 any time between Monday – Friday 9:00 am to 6:00 pm.

7) How do I change my shipping address?

You can change your shipping address for FRS Autoship orders or individual items.
To change the shipping address for an order simply go to the My Next Order tab in My Autoship and you will see the shipping address for that order on the bottom. Click the "Change" link to change the shipping address.
To change the shipping address for an individual item simply go to the My Subscriptions tab in My Autoship and click the "More changes" link under the next order date for any item. You will see the shipping address for that item. Click the "Change" link to change the shipping address.

8) How do I skip a delivery?

If you need to skip a delivery, simply go to My Autoship. You will see your next scheduled order on the My Next Order tab. Click the "Skip" link near the next order date to skip an order. The next delivery will be shipped according to your next order date.
You can also go the My Subscriptions tab in My Autoship and change the next order date for any individual item.

9) How do I view my future deliveries?

You can view your future FRS Autoship orders on the My Next Order tab in My Autoship. Your very next scheduled order will be showing when you go to the page. To view future scheduled deliveries click on "View Future Deliveries" on the right hand side.

10) How do I change how frequently an item is sent?

You can change how frequently an item is sent on the My Subscriptions tab in My Autoship. Simply change the Delivery Frequency in the pull down menu for each item.

11) When will I be charged for orders?

Orders will only be billed to the credit card or deducted from the debit card for that order on the day the order is shipped. You can cancel any order up to 24 hours before the next order date.

12) How do I cancel?

You can cancel FRS Autoship orders or individual items at any time.
To cancel an order simply go to the My Next Order tab in My Autoship and click the "Remove" link underneath the quantity to remove the item from the order. When you remove the item you will have the option to remove it from the order or to cancel all future deliveries for that item.
To cancel all future deliveries for an individual item simply go to the My Subscriptions tab in My Autoship and click the "Cancel" link under the quantity for that item and confirm.

13) What is the difference between My Next Order tab and My Subscriptions tab?

The My Next Order tab shows the details for your next scheduled order. An order may contain more than one individual item scheduled for FRS Autoship if the items have the same delivery date and shipping address.
The My Subscriptions tab shows individual FRS Autoship items and the details for that individual item including next order date, delivery frequency, quantity and shipping address. Individual FRS Autoship name items can all have different account information or you can make the account information the same for each item.

14) When do items ship for delivery?

Any items scheduled for delivery will be placed for shipment on the next order date. Once your FRS Autoship order is placed for shipment it will usually ship within 24 hours. All FRS Autoship orders ship by standard shipping. You can view and modify the next order date for an individual item on the My Subscriptions tab in My Autoship.

15) How do I access My Autoship items?

You should have received an email for any Autoship items you have. You can click on the email links to access your Autoship items in My Autoship. If you do not have the email, simply email customerservice@frs.com or call 1.877.377.4968 and we will be happy to help you.
