The 2006 USAT Elite Rookie of the year, Kelly Couch won two races in 2009 and had several podium finishes in 2009. She finished 11th at the 70.3 World Championships. A former track and cross country runner, Kelly's rapid improvement in swimming and cycling mean she's set to improve her standing among the world's best in 2010.
